All refund request will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

• Cancellation: Your eligiable for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled with 24 hours of order placement. This policy wil not be applicable if the initail contents/design are delivered or revsioins are requested within the mentioned timeframes. Similary, no refund due to a change of mind will be entertained after the mentioned timeframes.
• Pre-delivery Refund: if a request for a refund is made before the delivery of the initail content(s), then you would be eligiable for a full refund (less 10% servives & processing fee)
• Post-delivery Refund: if a requsted for a refund is made within 48 hours of the inital content delivery, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
• Post-delivery Refund: if a requsted for a refund is made between 48-120 hours of the inital content delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
• No request will be entertained after 120 hours of your inital content delivery, however, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you're encouraged to contact us in case of any concern

Refund Policy

If you request a refund before we start working on your project, a 100% of your payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). You may ask for a refund if you are not a 100% satisfied with your purchase. In such scenarios, we will refund all the balance payment of your order. The amount for which we have already completed the work for on your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the balance payment will be refunded. However, if you have a specific complaint and need a complete refund, you may send us a refund request and we will take a fair decision accordingly.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

• You change your mind
• Your circumstances change
• You find cheaper products elsewhere
• You purchased services that involve 3 rd party vendors like Cloudflare, US governing bodies. (Services like hosting, domain, security, copyrights etc)

If deliverables are shared with a client and there is no communication or feedback from the client for a prolonged period (2 months), and the client subsequently requests a refund, such requests will not be eligible for a refund. This policy ensures that our team's effort and time are respected, and that projects are concluded efficiently.

Order Inactivity

No Refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your content order you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.

Final deliverables

No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered

Custom Packages:

For trinitypixelstudio, a custom package refund will be applicable as it is for single packages. for exmaple, if you order a logo and book cover design service and approve the logo, you can claim a refund for the book cover design service only at the time of inital content.

Refund Reasons:

A refund requsted will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified aganist the content breif and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been contented according to the breif, a refund will not be given, however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfication.

Good Faith:

Money-back guarantee is based on the term that the order is placed in good faith. When a customer has placed content orders with more than one content agency for the same job to claim a refund, we do not consider is good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

Customer Feedback:

All Content jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the content, therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Abusive Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional working environment for our employees, partners, and clients. As such, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior directed at our staff through any communication channel, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, messages, video meetings, or social media.

In the event that a client engages in abusive, hostile, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward any member of our team, the Company reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the agreement and cease all work on the project without further notice.

Upon termination under this clause:

• The contract between the Company and the client will be deemed null and void due to breach of conduct.
• The Company will immediately discontinue all services and project work.
• No deliverables will be provided, regardless of the stage of completion.
• All payments made up to the date of termination will be considered non-refundable, and the client will not be entitled to any refund, chargeback, or reimbursement.

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to this professional conduct policy. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate enforcement of the above terms.
