Terms & Conditions
01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Trinity Pixel Studio website and any services you purchase from us, including web design, branding, logo design, digital marketing, mobile app development, book illustration, and animation packages. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
02. Our Services
We offer a range of fixed-scope packages and custom project engagements across branding, website design and development, SEO/SMM, mobile apps, book illustration, and animation. The specific deliverables, revision count, and turnaround time for your project are those listed on the package you select or as agreed in your custom proposal.
03. Quotes & Onboarding
Custom quote requests submitted through our website are typically answered within 24 hours. A project begins once you've confirmed the scope, agreed to the price, and made the required upfront payment. We'll ask clarifying questions during onboarding to make sure your brief is well understood before design or development starts.
04. Payments & Billing
- One-time projects are typically billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly marketing or website plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- Package pricing reflects the scope listed at time of purchase; anything outside that scope will be quoted separately.
- Late payments may result in a pause of project work until the account is brought current.
05. Revisions Policy
Every package includes a defined number of revisions, listed on the package details, to be used before final delivery. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included, or requests made after final delivery, may be quoted as separate work. Where a package lists "unlimited revisions," this applies to refinement within the original agreed scope and creative direction — not a change in project scope.
06. Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered files — source files, code, and design assets created specifically for you — transfers to you. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Trinity Pixel Studio. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
07. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals so your project stays on schedule
- Supply accurate information about your business, brand, and goals during discovery
- Ensure any content, images, or trademarks you provide us don't infringe on third-party rights
- Respond to requests within a reasonable time — delayed feedback may extend your delivery timeline
08. Limitation of Liability
Trinity Pixel Studio provides services "as is" and works to the best of our professional ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
09. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If you terminate a project already in progress, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. We reserve the right to pause or terminate a project if payment terms aren't met or if communication stalls for an extended period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
